The Sacred Unraveling

We begin in the darkness — honouring what has been lost. Intuitive healing, grief mapping, and somatic awareness rituals help you stop fighting what is. Sound bath immersion to begin releasing what the body is holding.

Albedo — Weeks 3–4

The Purification

Washing clean. Shadow work, emotional alchemy practices, and guided ceremony to identify what needs to be released. Your personal ritual kit supports you through this sacred cleansing.

Citrinitas — Weeks 5

The Awakening

The light returns. A full-day retreat immersion — sound baths, intuitive healing, and ceremony — marks the turning point. You begin to glimpse the woman being born from this experience.

Rubedo — Weeks 6

The Emergence

Becoming gold. Integration practices, embodiment work, and closing ceremony. You leave with a new relationship with your grief, your body, and yourself — and a vision for what comes next.

I am Ross — intuitive healer, sound therapy practitioner, and guide for women navigating the sacred territory of loss and becoming.
